We’d love for you to discover everything that makes Ivy Cottage the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Ivy Cottage offers:
• Two extremely comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed, walk-in wardrobes, and a Juliette balcony, and a second with two single beds
• A well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including:
• Washing machine
• Fridge and small freezer
• Hob and oven
• Dishwasher
• Microwave, toaster, slow cooker
• Kettle, coffee percolator, and sandwich maker
• Plenty of crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils
Extra facilities:

• A selection of toys and games (balls, buckets and spades, fishing nets, badminton racquets, and more)
• Portable folding chairs for the beach and sun chairs perfect for picnics or relaxing outdoors
Outdoor space:
To the rear of the cottage, there’s a small patio area (opening onto a lovely expanse of grass, with a table, chairs, and a portable BBQ also available for you to utilise — all of this is ideal for laid-back meals outside. We also provide picnic blankets and cool bags for your days out exploring.

Ivy Cottage is set within 90 acres of communal space gardens and lakes at The Bay Filey. The area is perfect for relaxing walks or simply enjoying the scenery. With a private access through The Bay – we are only 15 minutes walk from an award winning stretch of beach…
There is an On Site Swimming Pool and Gym – FREE FOR OUR GUESTS! Plus a good CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND to keep those little ones amused!

Ivy cottage was a lovely little home. It was as described and the surroundings were beautiful. The home is situated within the bay at Filey resort. The amenities within the resort are great and included within the price. The cottage was clean, tidy and felt very homely. Andree was a great host and replied immediately with any query quickly and effectively. I would visit again 100%.

Ivy Cottage was a great stay for a short break. Ample parking, and close by to the cottage. Comfy and warm house, good sized lounge, bathroom and bedrooms. Kitchen is narrow but workable and fully stocked up with utensils, appliances, spices and seasoning, tea, coffee and sugar.
The Bay is very presentable site and extremely well looked after. It has a great community feel about it. Close to the beach but not so close that it's on your door step, you actually get a bit of sweat on to get to it. Very dog friendly site and the Meadow area is ideal for a quite and secure walk. Convenient location for Filey, no more than a 10 minute drive to get to the centre. Would highly recommend staying here as the location is perfect for a quiet but easily accessible break/holiday and Andree was a fab host. Thank you for a lovely mini break!

Ivy cottage was the perfect place to stay for our trip to filey. It felt so homely from the second we arrived and communication with Andree was great making it even easier to feel right at home. She instantly help with any issues we had and was incredibly approachable. A lovely host and a lovely cottage - we would love to stay again!

We stayed at Ivy cottage for two nights and definitely would have liked to stay longer. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We had two young children with us and the cottage is the most child friendly place we've ever stayed.
Andree had thought of everything from stair gates to a cot with a proper mattress! We didn't arrive until after 10pm but the detailed instructions meant we found the cottage very easily and were able to get in and get the children to bed very quickly, even in the freezing icy and pitch black conditions. I would definitely stay again and would recommend the cottage to anyone

We really enjoyed our stay at Andree's place. It was one of the few places where I haven't had a 'but we really need...' moments, everything was there we needed, and more besides. The location is fantastic and we had some lovely walks on the beach, easy access (by car) into Filey and other nearby locations. Would love to have a return trip.

The host was excellent in every way and made sure we had everything and more needed to have a lovely holiday with our little puppy. Great location and facilities despite COVID restrictions. Lovely dog friendly beach. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We.have stayed at The Bay on numerous occasion and can honestly say that Ivy Cottage was one of the best by far, from the sparkling clean home in a great location to the added extras within the home especially the well equipped kitchen and small touches like fresh milk wine and cookies on arrival.
